A full time resident of Bethany Beach for the last ten years, Allison spent her youth vacationing on the Eastern Shore, enjoying the good life in Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach, as well as in Ocean City, Maryland. "I never dreamed I could live here year-round. Now everyday is a day at the beach!"

Prior to starting her real estate career in 2004, Allison spent 20 years in the hotel business, working in Wilmington, DE, Jacksonville, FL, Baltimore, MD, Ireland, and most recently, Ocean City, MD, where she was the General Manager of a large resort hotel. It was during her hotel career that she honed her skills in business and customer service.

In 2007, Allison was named as the #1 Salesperson for Seacoast Realty with $53 million in listings and sales. in 2008 Allison was named to the Chairman's Club for Long and Foster and was recognized by the The Realty Alliance Group for her exceptional performance in 2008 ranking her in the top 5 percent of all residential real estate sales professionals in North America.

The Council of Residential Specialists has designated Allison a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), the highest designation awarded to sales associates in residential sales. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education.

Allison resides in Cripple Creek Golf and Country Club and is a Sea Colony owner.

Colleen Kellner has been a Sussex County resident since 1987, moving to this area from Pittsburgh. She currently lives in Selbyville with her family.

Colleen began working for Sea Colony in the Accounting department, becoming familiar with the communities that were managed by them within the 8 years she worked there. Since then, Colleen moved on to real estate to work as a sales agent for Seacoast Realty, and most recently Long & Foster in Bethany Beach. Colleen joined the Allison Stine Team in July 2006. The communities of Sea Colony and The Village of Bear Trap Dunes are Colleen's specialty, as well as the surrounding communities within the Bethany/Fenwick area.

Doug Phillips has called the Eastern Shore his home for his entire life. He first became intrigued by the world of real estate when his father, Wayne, became a Realtor in nearby Ocean City, MD over 20 years ago. Doug has seen many changes in the area, as well as the real estate industry, in that time, and enjoys helping people find their "castle in the sand".

Doug went to college at Salisbury University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2003, with a major in Art. Before jumping into the world of real estate sales, Doug gained valuable experience in the Marketing field while taking assignments as a graphic designer and photographer. He later joined his father at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Ocean City, and then transitioned to Seacoast Realty as a salesperson for the award winning golf community, Bayside, located in West Fenwick Island, DE.

Doug joined the Allison Stine Team in July 2008 as their Marketing Director.

Peggy recently joined the Allison Stine Team at Long and Foster after fostering relationships with local builders, small business owners and real estate agents through Dolan & McDevitt Business Services, a successful bookkeeping firm she founded.

After vacationing on the Eastern Shore for many years and witnessing the growth in the area, Peggy relocated to the Fenwick area from NY in 2002 and started the bookkeeping and administrative firm. While working with local builders Peggy became more involved in the real estate market and decided to pursue her interest in real estate and became a licensed agent in 2007.

Prior to moving to Delaware, Peggy was a Vice President with an investment management firm in NY and has more than 25 years of experience in the investment, banking and real estate industries.
