Allison Stine Biography
A full time resident of Bethany Beach for the last seven years, Allison spent her youth vacationing on the Eastern Shore, enjoying the good life in Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach, as well as in Ocean City, Maryland. "I never dreamed I could live here year-round. Now everyday is a day at the beach!"
Allison, her realtor husband David, and their three cats reside in Cripple Creek Golf and Country Club, where they built their home 3 years ago. "We always said this is our second-to-last dream home. We?d like to build one more time, preferably in the same neighborhood!"
Prior to starting in real estate in 2004, Allison spent 22 years in the hotel business, working in Wilmington, DE, Jacksonville, FL, Baltimore, MD, Ireland, and most recently, Ocean City, MD, where she was the General Manager of a large resort hotel. It was during her hotel career that she honed her skills in business and customer service.
Allison met her husband while working in Baltimore, where he was finishing a distinguished 34 year career with the Department of Defense that included military service in both the Army and Navy, most recently at the United States Naval Academy. David retired on May 1, 2004.
Allison and David are excited for his daughter Abigail, an English major at Towson University who graduated in December, 2007.
Colleen Kellner Biography
Colleen Kellner has been a Sussex County resident since 1987, moving to this area from Pittsburgh. She currently lives in Selbyville with her family.
Colleen began working for Sea Colony in the Accounting department, becoming familiar with the communities that were managed by them within the 8 years she worked there. Since then, Colleen moved on to real estate to work as a sales agent for Seacoast Realty, and most recently Long & Foster in Bethany Beach. Colleen joined the Allison Stine Team in July 2006. The communities of Sea Colony and The Village of Bear Trap Dunes are Colleen?s specialty, as well as the surrounding communities within the Bethany/Fenwick area.

Natalee DeHart Biography
Natalee DeHart has joined the team as the Marketing Coordinator. Natalee earned a Bachelor of Science from Towson University and a Masters degree in Education from Loyola College. Natalee comes from a background in marketing with Carl M. Freeman Companies. She is working exclusively with the Allison Stine Team where she will coordinate over $24 million in listings.
